In a few words.....

This book examines how our ethical behaviour and our values arise out of our beliefs – our view of the world. Part I of the book presents a framework for ethics, and Part II looks at how this works out in practice in the workplace and in leadership.

The author talks about the book.....

This book is an exposition of my ideas about ethics, and how you can move beyond a legal compliance perspective to lead with integrity and high human values.

The book presents a framework for understanding human values and their role in living, leadership and business. It offers an explanation for the spectrum of human behaviour, from a self-focused, survivalist mindset that has scant regard for ethics, through to compliance with laws and conventions, and then to the aspiration to live a higher ethical and spiritual life.

The book offers a practical guide on how to develop a more ethical way of working and being, both personally and in organisations.

It is such a wonderful and thorough coverage of business ethics. I particularly enjoyed the section on “world views” and also the coverage of the high-profile corporations. Is your book being used at business schools and universities to teach ethics? It needs to be!
